Privacy Policy

This policy explains what SupMarTech Meta Ads Interest Finder processes when you use the website, register for an account, or connect its MCP tools to an AI assistant.

In short: an account is used to verify your email, sign you in, and connect your AI client. We also ask for optional work and business details and a short intended-use statement so we can understand user needs and improve the service. We do not sell this profile or use it to create advertising profiles.

Information processed

Search information: the words you submit, selected search language, and the number/status of results returned.
Technical request information: a shortened network address (IPv4 /24 or IPv6 /48 by default), browser and operating-system details, device type, browser language, referring page, requested page, response status, and request time/duration. Full IP storage is off by default and may be enabled only through a server setting.
Site cookie: the website may use a first-party, random, HttpOnly cookie named mif_vid to avoid counting repeat visits as new visitors. It is not an advertising cookie. MCP clients that do not use the website cookie are grouped using a daily rotating pseudonymous hash.
Connection information: when you authorize an AI client, SupMarTech processes the account session needed to sign you in and issue/revoke access tokens. Tokens are stored as hashes in private server storage; they are not included in search prompts or tool results.
Remember this device: if you select this option at sign-in, a first-party HttpOnly cookie keeps you signed in on that browser for up to 30 days. The server stores only a keyed hash of its random token, its expiry, and last-use time. Signing out on this browser revokes its remembered login; changing your password revokes all remembered logins.
Account information: email address, a password hash (not your readable password), and email-verification, login, password-reset, and account timestamps.
Optional profile and intended use: first name, last name, nickname, occupation, organization name, business type, and contact phone are optional. You select a general purpose for using the MCP from a dropdown during registration. We use these details to understand user needs, improve search and product usability, and provide account support. Do not include sensitive or confidential information.
Security records: single-use verification and password-reset tokens are stored only as hashes and expire. Short-lived rate-limit records use keyed hashes of the attempted account identifier and network address; the raw address is not stored for this purpose.

How information is used and shared

We use this information to create and secure your account, verify your email, restore account access, return Interest results, protect the service, diagnose failures, understand user needs, and improve reliability. The search terms and locale are sent to Meta’s Marketing API to retrieve targeting results. The results you request are also sent to the AI client you connected, under that provider’s own privacy terms. The account profile and stated purpose are not sent to Meta or included in MCP search results.

Retention and security

Account information is kept while the account remains active, or as needed to address security, legal, or service issues. You may request account deletion by contacting us; we will verify the request before acting. Expired or used one-time tokens are periodically removed. Usage records are intended to be kept for up to 180 days when the retention cleanup task is configured. If that task is not enabled on the server, records may remain longer until deleted. Website visitor hashes rotate daily; session hashes rotate hourly. OAuth tokens are short-lived and refresh tokens rotate. We use access controls and private server storage, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and requests

You can stop using the website, sign out, or disconnect/revoke the MCP connection. You can block or delete the mif_vid cookie in your browser; this may affect repeat-visit counting. To ask about, correct, or request deletion of your account information, contact contact@supmartech.com and include enough detail for us to locate the account. We may need to verify a request before acting.
